Unbox
Take the bracelet, charging cable and quick start guide out of the box.

Charge for 2–3 hours
Use the provided magnetic cable to fully charge before first use.

Power on
The bracelet powers on once charged.

Wear correctly
Snug on the wrist, sensor side against the skin, not over clothing.

Check connection
A short press checks status — a green blinking light means connected.

Install the caregiver app
A family member or caregiver installs the app to receive alerts.

Complete authorized linking
Link the app to the bracelet as an authorized contact.

Understand the first 10 days
GCARE spends its first 10 days learning a personal baseline.

Press and hold the main button to send an SOS alert to designated contacts.
